Return & Exchange Policy**

At CrownedLady Athletic, we want every woman to feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in her activewear. Because of this, we offer a one-time exchange if your item doesn’t fit the way you hoped.

Please read the full policy below:

One-Time Exchange Only

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we gladly offer a one-time size exchange.

• No refunds
• No store credit
• Exchanges only (same item, different size)

Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of deodorant, makeup stains, fragrances, or damage
• In original packaging
• Tags must still be attached
• Requested within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Items purchased during a sale or promotion
• Clearance items
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards

Exchange Process

1. Email our support team at lakeea@crownedladyathletic.com
2. Include your order number and the size you need
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Customer is responsible for return shipping
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be shipped out

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right.

Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees for exchanges
• CrownedLady Athletic will cover shipping for the new exchanged item going back to you
